Planned
Launch an initial company cohort, apply the readiness framework, establish baseline measures, and test institutional programming before broader expansion.
Planned
Expand participation, strengthen regional and sector coverage, publish program outcomes, and refine the operating model based on measured delivery experience.
Mandate
Canadian AI Scale™ is being developed as a national program for commercialization readiness, capital preparedness, market access, institutional engagement, and evidence-informed growth.
The initiative is designed to improve preparation, access to relevant institutional relationships, and commercialization discipline without operating as a securities dealer, investment adviser, securities marketplace, or investment fund.
Program architecture
Institutional preparation across governance, diligence, financial evidence, investor materials, data-room readiness, and financing processes.
Enterprise adoption, procurement readiness, strategic partnerships, market development, and international growth preparation.
Institutional convening focused on capital formation, commercialization priorities, market conditions, and informed dialogue across the Canadian AI ecosystem.
Co-developed initiatives with organizations that contribute expertise, program capacity, commercialization access, research capability, or national reach.
Target goals
Initial goals are directional while the program is under development. Quantitative targets will be published only when program scope, baselines, funding, cohorts, and delivery partners are confirmed.
Target 01
Help participating companies identify and address material gaps in governance, evidence, diligence preparation, financial communication, and financing readiness.
Target 02
Align financing preparation with enterprise adoption, procurement, strategic partnerships, market validation, and durable revenue pathways.
Target 03
Develop a partner network able to contribute sector expertise, commercialization access, capital-market knowledge, research capability, infrastructure, and program delivery capacity.
Target 04
Establish baselines and reporting methods before publishing outcome targets, and distinguish program participation, introductions, financing activity, commercialization progress, and partner contributions.
